Black Forest Ice Cream

Black Forest Ice Cream

Serves 4

1 frozen banana, peeled
1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
1/4 cup milk - your choice: dairy, unsweetened coconut, or unsweetened almond
1 TB cocoa powder

Use the same preparation method as the plain ice cream found here, placing bananas and cherries in the blender to start, slowly adding the milk. Once a creamy consistency is reached, add in your cocoa for one last little blend.

For extra presentation points save a few fresh cherries to top it off and you've got a delicious little sundae:D
