Personal Training & Small Group Training

  • There is a LOT of information out there on the “best” ways to train, and particularly what women in perimenopause and menopause “must” be doing. Let this be your invitation to ignore all the noise, and blissfully show up to sessions knowing you’re on the right track for you.

  • With 12 years of experience training (mostly) women, I’ve got oodles of experience with clients during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, injuries, surgeries, auto-immune disorders, and all the life-y things that can come your way.


Personal Training:

  • 1:1 personal training sessions are 1-hour in length. Make it double the fun and bring a partner, and it’s still the same hourly rate, just split 2 ways (you can decide which one of you picks up the tab each week). Individualized programming, specifically made just for you - your goals, your body. Discounts available with multiple session packages (12/24/48) or with monthly pricing - please contact for more details.

Small Group Training

  • Small group training consists of 3-4 people, with sessions running 1-hour in length.

  • 6-week sessions coming soon - contact if you’d like to be put on the waitlist.

FAQs

Where are you located? Training takes place in a private gym in Charleswood/Brentwood in the NW of Calgary. Address and parking information will be communicated during your onboarding process.

What should I bring? Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Please bring a clean pair of workout shoes to change into regardless of the season to help us keep the gym clean and sanitary. No bare feet, please.

What are your operating hours? Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-3:00pm (specific hours vary by day).

What’s your sickness policy? Please cancel or reschedule if you are feeling unwell. Myself as well as many of my clients have children who are extra susceptible to illness, as well as elderly clients I serve, and we all want to stay as healthy as possible. Given the highly contagious and rapid spreading nature of gastro viruses, if anyone in your household has vomited in the last 48 hours, please reschedule - you will be permitted to reschedule even if you’re within the 24-hour window for cancellations for this reason.

What is your cancellation policy? Please refer to the cancellation policy listed in Square (the booking website) for the most up to date cancellation policy. At time of publishing this page, the policy is as follows: Please cancel appointments more than 24-hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will not be refunded nor rescheduled, except in the case of medical emergencies, or at the discretion of the trainer.

Anything else I should know? This is a scent-free facility - please do not wear perfume, nor scented lotions, hair sprays, etc. The gym is a separate building from the house, and there is not a bathroom in the gym so please use the facilities at home before you come. Lastly, while we love them dearly, please leave pets, children, and livestock at home (with the exception of pre-crawling babies); this is your time, and an adult-only space.
