Whether it’s accountability, a sounding-board, or a navigator of the vast amount of nutrition advice out there that you’re looking for, these are all things I work with clients on. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time learning anything about nutrition, or if you’ve been dabbling in nutrition knowledge for a long time - everything is tailored to you and the nutrition plan we come up with together will be completely based off your own life, making it as individualized and realistic as possible.

As part of the Board Certification for Nutrition that I’m working on, I require a total of 50 coaching sessions (in a very short time frame). So, to make the most of this time for me and for you, I’m running a 7 week session, May 11 - June 28, at a cost of $220 for the 7 weeks (usual cost is $250/month, you’re saving over 50%!). This is 1:1 coaching, and includes weekly 30-min Zoom calls, plus M-F email support.
