Single 1-hour Session: $95/session

Partner Training: Bring a friend, and the rate is $110 for the hour. Workout is the same for both partners. You may change your partner as often as you’d like.

Packages:

  • 12 x 1-hour sessions: $1,080 ($90/session)

  • 24 x 1-hour sessions: $2,040 ($85/session)

Partner Training: Bring a friend (same friend for the 12 or 24 sessions), and the rate is the same for the hour. Workout is the same for both partners.

Monthly Membership:

  • 1 x 1-hour session per week: $320/month

    • Includes on-line programming to do on your own for the rest of the week. Monthly rates are not prorated for missed sessions for once-per week memberships. For monthly memberships, you will be training the same day and time each week. One month’s notice is required to change your regular day and time, to ensure you are able to get in one session per week, due to the fact availability books up 4 weeks in advance at any given time.

  • 2 x 1-hour sessions per week: $640/month

    • Includes on-line programming to do on your own for the rest of the week. Monthly rates will be adjusted for advance notice given for holidays for twice-per week memberships, after taking into account the base monthly rate for on-line programming, plus all sessions you’ll be present for. For monthly memberships, you will be training the same days and time(s) each week. One month’s notice is required to change your regular days and time(s), to ensure you are able to get in two sessions per week, due to the fact availability books up 4 weeks in advance at any given time.

FAQs

Where are you located? The gym is located in Charleswood/Brentwood in the NW of Calgary. Address and parking information will be communicated during your onboarding process.

What should I bring? Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Please bring a clean pair of workout shoes regardless of the season to help us keep the high level of cleanliness our gym upholds!

What are your operating hours? Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-3:00pm (specific hours vary by day).

Anything else I should know? We are a scent-free facility - please do not wear perfume (even “natural” ones), nor scented lotions, hair sprays, etc. Also, there is not a bathroom in the gym so please use the facilities before you come.
