I've been where you are. Trying to juggle alllllll the nutrition rules. Searching for workouts I enjoy, that challenge me, and deliver results in the form of strength and skills. Struggling with consistency. Battling through injuries. Confused by what pregnancy means for my workouts and routine. The feeling of losing my identity during pregnancy and postpartum. Postpartum depression. Resurfacing on the other side of these obstacles and discovering the true strength within.
I'm Nicole. A mom, wife, entrepreneur, CrossFitter, former varsity athlete, and a certified trainer and nutritionist.
I help women navigate the complexities of how motherhood shifts our athleticism and identity, and teach them how to apply techniques to maintain movement, sanity, strength, and a bit of surrendering during these intense chapters of becoming a mom.
I also help women overcome their years of diet-culture led eating, marrying their love of movement with sustainable nutrition so they can learn how to eat to not ONLY feel good in their clothes, but also align daily eating habits and thought patterns with how they want to live each day - free of guilt, feeling healthy, strong, and confident.

Workshop: Core & Pelvic Floor
Sat.Feb.16 1pm-3pm at Most Physical Prep, 110 61 Ave SW (across from the Chinook train station)
This workshop is for anyone with a pelvic floor - so if you’re reading this, that’s you!
We will cover common pelvic floor concerns such as diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence (leaking), and hernias. You don’t need to be a mom to experience these symptoms, and yes fellas - all of these can affect you, too.
You will have lots of chances to move so you can test out the alignment and breathing cues yourself through a range of movements. Participation in the movement is optional, and scaling options will be available.
Leave with the confidence to approach your daily life and any style workout knowing how to adjust and when, to support your pelvic floor and get back to the movements you love.
Investment: Early-bird $40, Regular $50
An 8-week on-line DIY strength and metabolic conditioning program. Workouts are no more than 30-minutes in length, require nothing more than dumbbells (and optional bands) meaning you can squeeze them in anytime, anywhere. Demo videos are included for workouts, warm-ups, cool-downs, and modifications.
