Thanks so much for registering! There’s just a few steps to complete below and we’ll be ready to go.


#1: Invoice

An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours of registration. Please make payment within 72 hours of registering in order to hold your spot in class.

#2: Book Assessment

Please book a 30-minute time-slot for your 1:1 assessment here. You will be sent a Zoom link to use for our call in a separate email.

#3: Send Forms

Please complete the following forms and send to nicole@rawfitnessyyc.com prior to your one-on-one assessment. You will need to fill out form #1, in addition to EITHER #2 (not pregnant) or #3 (pregnant) below.

  1. Intake form: All participants to fill out

  2. PAR-Q+ : All participants to fill out, unless pregnant then skip to #3 below.

  3. e-PARmed-X+ : Fill out if you are pregnant, or think you might be pregnant.

What to Bring To Class

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in.

  • Please bring dry, clean, shoes to change into. Please wear separate shoes to the gym to help us keep it clean, regardless of the season.

  • Water bottle, and snacks for before/after as needed - you know yourself best!

  • Mom & Baby class: please bring a blanket for your little one to lay on or carseat to sit in, and toys or feeding supplies as required.
